2000 Merlot
Dark, deep red colour, intense flavours and amazing tannin structure, driven by low yielding fruit (1 tonne to the acre) and French oak. This wine needs more time in the bottle to settle down. Wonderful palate length with rich complex savoury flavours and hints of mint and mulberries.
