1997 Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep crimson mauve colour. The nose is appealing with aromas of liquorice, blackcurrant, spice and a touch of mulberry. The palate is full flavoured with fine excellent liquorice and blackcurrant flavours. Fine grained tannins, very good balance and long blackcurrant and cedar aftertaste.
